108 Mile Residents are invited to attend an upcoming Pathways to Preparedness session on Saturday, March 2nd at the 108 Community Hall. This is an opportunity to strengthen your community’s preparedness and resilience together though information sharing and discussions around:
– Evacuation Route Planning
– Fire Smart
– Emergency Preparedness
– Emergency Notification System
– Emergency Support Services
All participants will be entered to win a 72 Hour emergency kit as our way of saying thanks for joining in the conversation. Hope to see you there!

  • AA MEETINGS:  Main Hall – Thursday at 7:00 p.m.  Contact Ted Peterson @ 250-791-5286.
  • BINGO:  108 Community Hall Bingo starting dates are pending the renewal of our gaming license and training for our volunteer team.  We will post the date of the first bingo as soon as we can. The very first bingo will be to play off the Progressive and Loonie pots from the 100 Mile Community Club. This is an arrangement that has been made with the Gaming Commission and will be adhered to.  Thank you for your patience. Watch for updates!
  • COFFEE MORNINGS: Join us at the 108 Community Hall from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from October 5 to June 20th. Call Carol Wise at 250-791-6376 for more info.
