Restrictions are in effect for all CRD water systems from May 1st to October 1st.
The use of water sprinklers varies for each water system, based on the amount of water available. If continued violation of the water restrictions are observed, aggressive enforcement will occur, including turning off the water supply to the property if warranted. Water sprinkling is only allowed between the hours listed for your area.
As directed by the Cariboo Regional District, watering in the 108 is permitted as follows:
- Water sprinkling allowed from 6 am to 8 am and 6 pm to 8 pm
- Even numbered premises on even numbered days of the month
- Odd numbered premises on odd numbered days of the month
